The Incredible Bring-Your-Own Salad Bar Idea!!

A customer ordered some Microgreens from me recently, who said her daughter asked for them for her lunch. I thought, "My favorite thing!! A kid who likes greens!" but it was SO MUCH more mind-blowing than that! This ingenious teenaged young person and her friends bring different ingredients to school on a certain day of the week and have a salad bar at school for lunch! This is completely brilliant. Do adults think of ideas this great? We should. Do this at your office or workplace!
