How to Create a Flavorful and Nutritious Microgreen Salad for a Healthy and Quick Meal Option

Some lovely customers asked for more ideas on how to use Microgreens, so here you are! This salad was born from a leftover of pasta salad (rice pasta, red peppers, black and green olives, celery, Italian dressing) and roasted eggplant and made into a nutrient powerhouse by adding a large handful each of sunflower Microgreens and broccoli Microgreens, nutritional yeast, crushed red chilis, oregano and black pepper.
