Boost Your Health and Energy with a Refreshing Microgreen Berry Smoothie Recipe

A simple smoothie full of organic, locally grown, antioxidant-rich, disease-fighting pea and sunflower Microgreens! My smoothies are like my dinners, usually tossed together with what is around. Today it was 4 ripe bananas, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, lemon juice and a small mountain of Microgreens. This is by far the easiest way to consume Microgreens, especially if you don't love vegetables and are trying to inject nutrients into your diet painlessly. You can put a LOT in the blender and drown the green flavor with fruit. I don't add sweetener, I find it unnecessary, but you can add whatever sweetener turns your crank. Instead I use lemon juice to bring out the flavors of the other fruits really well, but be careful not to drown them out with it.

Get a subscription of Microgreens delivered to your door and reap the many health benefits of adding a smoothie a day to your diet! www.greenstockfarm.com
